Location:
3- Room apartments (approx. ca. 50 m² space) at the "Praia de Iracema". Approx. 250 meters to the beach, Quiet location - nearly no traffic-noise. The apartments are situated at the first-, second- and third-floor. Near to the building (5 - 10 minutes by feet) are many restaurants, a shopping-street, small super-markets and a lot of discos and bars (night-life!). At the side of the building is a "Lanchonette" where you can enjoy tasty fruit-juices and sandwiches/hamburgers and there are 4 restaurants nearby in the same street.
Equipment:
Smaller building with 3 floors. Security-Guard 24 hours and reception service with a free internet-computer. All apartments are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, ceiling-ventilator/fan, and more). Also television with cable-TV and AIR-CONDITION in every bedroom. One Safe in every apartment for cash and important papers. Sound-system in the living-room. The apartments are offering two bed-rooms with double-bed. Living-Room and kitchen are combined. One bathroom with warm-water shower, access to the bathroom is from the living-room. A veranda and a small swimming poof are located at the top of the next building. They can be used by all customers of the building..
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to apartment is possible (extra-charge 20.- US-Dollar). Car-parking in underground-garage is offered (more parking-possibility is in front of the building). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 3 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out.

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	62.- Euro / daily
Normal price, (november - march / july, august):	62.- Euro / daily
Extra charge to normal price (valid 20.12. - 20.01.):	12.- Euro / daily
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	890.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days
Extra charge for car / mobile-phone, daily (infos see below !):	Car: Ask ! Mobile-phone 1,50 Euro
Payment:	50 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
