Location:
Apartments with approx. 72 m² at Praia de Iracema.  In a very good location - directly near east ending of the well known "Monsenhor Tabosa" shopping street. With sea-view (the beach is only about 3 street blocks away) and great city view (the apt. are at 21. floor with a very nice view in this height). At building basement there is a "Gym" free for use for all residents of the house. In the neighbourhood there are post-office and internet-cafes (internet is also inside the apt.). Also very near (10 to 100 meters) are several good steak- and fish restaurants and a big "All you can eat" churrascaria (steak-restaurant). Also near (max. 15 minutes by feet) you find a big supermarket (24 h open) and at the nearby beach there are a lot more nice restaurants and beach lunches.
Equipment:
23-floor apartmenthouse (new - build in year 2004) with 4 elevators. 24 hours security and reception. The apartments have granite floor and are fully equipped (gas-stove, refrigerator, table-ware, bedding-ware, towels, and more). Luxury extras are: Washing-maschine (normally you never find this in rent apartments !), 24 h internet connection with PC and flatscreen monitor inside the apartment, coffee machine and microwave. Comfortable leather sofa in living-room. One TV in bedroom and a big TV and stereo in living-room (all usual german TV channels and more can be received in real time). Hidden safe. These apartments have an (american style) combined kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and with direct access to a bathroom. Two bathrooms (hi-power warm water and a normal shower). Two small verandas. Special "Split" hi-power air conditions (very silent, each bedroom has one). The compressor of these air-conditions is separate and so they are very silent - not the noise of the usually air-cons !  The apts. offer a car parking place in basement of the building and every client with a car gets a wireless remote control for the park-deck-door of the building.
More:
Pick-up and transfer from airport to the apartment is possible (extra-charge about 20.- US-Dollar). Taking third persons to the apartments is possible if this persons are 18 years or older and having a valid ID-Card. The shortest rent-time is 14 days. Exceptionally we accept rent-times of 7 days minimum - in this cases the normal season prices are valid at all season-times and maybe an additional charge. Electric-energy based at our own costs is always charged additional with counter-readings at your moving-in and moving-out. 

Low-season price, (april, may, june, sept., october):	64.- Euro / day
Normal price, (november - march /  july,  august):	75.- Euro / day
Extra charge to normal price  (valid 20.12. -  20.01.):	12.- Euro / day
Monthly price - only valid in low-season:	980.- Euro (30 days) / minimum-rent-time: 60 days
Extra charge for car  / mobile-phone, daily (infos see below !):	Car: Ask !   Mobile-phone/SIM-Card included free of charge
Payment:	50 % at reservation - total payment after moving-in (cash)
